To address this issue, Tesunho PoC radios feature a Missed Call Alert function. It delivers stable, automatic and user-friendly reminders to ensure no critical call is ever missed.

Missed Call Alert Function

User A selects User B to create a temporary group, and then initiates a call to User B. If User B does not reply by long-pressing the PTT button, User B’s radio will automatically activate the Missed Call Alert after 20 seconds. The alert sounds for 30 seconds, pauses for 20 seconds, and repeat this cycle; alternatively, User A can press the SOS button to manually send a Missed Call Alert to User B.

How to Stop or Cancel the Alert

●Short-press PTT: When the Missed Call Alert is active, User B can short-press the PTT button to silence the alert. The alert will re-trigger after 20 seconds.

●Long-press PTT: Whether the Missed Call Alert is active or silenced, User B can long-press the PTT button to reply and fully cancel the alert.

User B Exits Temporary Group

If User B presses the Exit key to leave the temporary group without replying, the radio will trigger the alert immediately and sound continuously. User B can press any key to cancel the alert and exit the group.
